The wedding bells are ringing and it’s the once in a lifetime event for many people. I am sure for many of you, this is a memory you will not want to forget in your live. For my hubby and I, we want to capture the best moments of our lives which is why we made careful selection before selecting Castalia. The reason why we selected Castalia were:-

Photography

There’s an unexplainable “feel” in every of the photo taken by Yen. He was the one who opened the door for us and slowly explained the story that lies behind every photos. He’s a very patient, engaging, professional and talented photographer. He even have the ability to capture a nice shot that will make you look thinner. Every photos that he takes has a special and meaningful meaning behind it. So, if you’re looking for a custom made album, here’s the place for it. You can customize an album which is uniquely yours.

Head over to their bridal shop and have a look at their photo and you can definitely understand it. Well, you can view their photos from Facebook and their websites but I would suggest that you to their shop because there’s many more nice photos not uploaded online.

Customer Service

All the Staffs are very friendly and warm in Castalia. Most importantly, they will not “hard sell” or look down on you just because you choose a cheaper package. When it comes to pre-wedding photo shoot till actual wedding day, it’s a long process and you need to work closely with your bridal gallery. Therefore, I find that it is important to find a wedding gallery that makes you feel comfortable and of course with good quality too.

Before signing our package with Castalia, we’ve made several comparisons and to our disappointment, some wedding gallery’s service was so bad that I couldn’t imagine working with them throughout the whole process. They will just “hard sell” to the most expensive package and if you told them that it’s beyond our budget, they will tell you that “what you pay is what you will be getting”. I am very disappointed with this statement because it means that if you’re poor, you couldn’t get the best gown and photo shoot. This kind of business attitude won’t make you go far.

Luckily, we’ve made the right choice in selecting Castalia and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Castalia crew members especially to Joey, Helen, Catherine, JC, Wei Hian and Eva. Joey for helping us in selecting photos and giving us good package price. She has an eye for details especially in arranging photograph in sequence in order to help us in the choosing process. Helen for calling us to remind us on the appointment as well as helping to set aside gowns for outdoor shooting. Catherine for helping me during gown testing and selection as well as patiently accompanying me during the make up session and honestly giving me opinions. I really treasure her companion and feel comfortable with her service. Eva for the gorgeous make-up and hair do which makes me look like “Gem Tang” (according to Eva and my husband). Thank you for not forgetting to touch up my make up and make me look so beautiful in my photos. JC for helping us with the album layout and design. Although we changed several times on the layout and design of our album, she never complained. And thank you Yen and Joey for helping us with the album layout and design as well. Wei Hian for taking nice photograph of us and setting up the studio for us as well as carrying our props all the way under the hot sun.

Castalia有很温柔细心的Catherine，感觉就是天生服务业的天赋，耐心，让人感觉到她的诚恳，说她是很有爱的Castalia天使也不为过。

Helen就是一进去总爱和全世界的人微笑的大姐姐，黝黑的皮肤看见谁都要打招呼的就是她。

JC是个很有个人想法，Castalia里的的麻辣椒，很有个性，大喇喇没心机的可爱妹子。

Joey叽里呱啦一堆话题总是不停，在里面不怕闷，不怕冷场因为她实在太健谈。

Peter是个很用心的摄影师，很努力也会为客户想要的效果做足功课，尽力满足顾客的要求。

想说拍摄期间还有两个奇迹般的摄影助理，一位叫Dyven心细如女子，一位叫YongYao默默随后收尾，就是过程把你当主人般伺候的小天使

最后是化妆师Minna与Eva，耐心慢慢去了解客户想要的东西，贴心，去完成整个工作。ps : Minna跟出外景时的工作表现值得赞扬

It was great and fun to work with a group of professionals, friendly and funny people for our pre-wedding photo shoot. Everyone of them often give us best advice based on our own preference and treating us like VIP with utmost services. Their photographer, Yen is experienced, skillful and friendly which make us feel comfortable throughout the photo-shooting process. All of other staffs, JC, Joey, Rachel and Helen are very patient, kind and always make sure we are comfortable on everything. I am high recommended Castalia for everyone as this is a place where I do not feel it is too commercialize but they would rather shares their ideas and guide you to choose what you want.

Once again, thank you for all the staffs. My husband and I are very satisfy with the photos as well as the services given by Castalia's team.

Great staffs with accommodating service. Though we had paid full for the package, the after ­­­service still remain professional. Definitely one of the bridal shops which you can rely on. Kudos to all the staffs! Keep up the good work.

Castalia was the only bridal shop that we went and my hubby and I are very satisfied with the service that each of the members in Castalia have provided us.

The first impression they gave us was that everyone is super friendly and treats each of their customers sincerely. Before heading down to Castalia, research was done by going through many wedding forums and that’s how we get to know Castalia. All comments found for Castalia are positive and really true. As mentioned in most of the forums, they are not as hard selling, very accommodating to our requests at the same time maintain and keeping their customer service standard high. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the following person who has made our visit in Castalia, a memorable one.

Our photographer Yen is really an experienced and skillful photographer, he will patiently sit down with us and to try to know more about us and the kind of ‘feel’ that we desire. He will go the extra mile to ensure that each of the photographs he took was to our liking. Having Yen as our photographer makes the photo shooting sessions lively and he will tend to crack jokes to ensure that we are not tensed-up during the photo shoots. I will highly recommend him to all the brides and grooms out there.

Next, Eva is a very professional and skillful make-up artist. If you have your own ideas, you can always tell her your preference and she will make sure her work turn out to your criteria. Even if you do not have any ideas, she will choose the make-up that is most suitable for us. Her make-up result looks very natural and when it comes to using the make-up products, she will not be stingy at all (mostly are branded stuff). Eva also has lots of ideas on different kinds of make-ups and hair-do to surprise you.

Lastly for Joey, she is a very friendly and experienced person. From PS, to choosing theme, to choosing of gown, basically she is like the all-rounder in Castalia. All the encounters with Joey are always enjoyable to the fact that she can talk to you about anything under the sun.

In conclusion, all the staffs in Castalia are so friendly and accommodating to our requests made during the whole period. People that helped made our experience there positive includes Catherine, JC and Helen (too many to name all). Thank you all so much.

Pretty much what I wanted to praise Castalia had been mentioned by other customers and I agree. Overall I am pleased with all aspects, especially

1. How professional pre wedding photo taking was. Rain or shine, the guys are really professional and patience to ensure that your photos turn our perfectly. Onsite, they will do whatever possible: sufficient lighting, tireless adjusting of my hair, gown, jewelry. Even water puddles from after rain is no deterrence for them to work their ways around perfecting our photos. They really try their best to achieve the best lighting, expressions etc.

2. Heart felt appreciation to the staff in the store: JC, Rachel, Helen, Joey, Eva. They are extremely professional and patient. Bridal gowns are very heavy u know? But yet they patiently let me try on whatever I requested and never rush or push me for anything.

I get to know Castalia from my wife relative. Their Pre Wedding Photo is mainly Black and White only. I was feeling comfortable while viewing their Pre-Wedding Photo.

I had amazing experience to have my pre-wedding photo in Castalia. I was in accident  2 weeks before we have our pre-wedding photo shot and my wedding dinner was less than 2 months away from the day I was accident. Castalia was very understanding and postpone my pre-wedding photo shooting day for another 3 weeks. They also care and even want to visit me while I was recovering at home.

I can say all of the staff that i meet in Castalia was friendly with warm smile always. I would like to specially thank to Helen who serve and provide such a good service to us with patience. A lot of thanks specially to the Photographer - Ah Yen which able to listen to our request at the same time shot with great skill and effort place in which come from the heart. Jay was the one who also shot a few nice photo for us and provide help while we was in the progress of shooting. Eva was the make up artist which always taking care of us with smile. Overall I am impressed with their superior service.

I love the photo that shot by Ah Yen and Jay. Say no more by looking at the photo by yourself to judge. I Strongly recommend Castalia to you if you looking for a good quality service and photo.

A group of friendly staff for providing a fantastic service, Castalia have a wide range of gowns for you to choose and the staff are not pushing you can slowly take your time to try on one by one, photographer are professional and fun with him for indoor or outdoor shoot and it deliver the photo that you require.

Most important is whatever Joey promised she deliver and the package you sign up no hidden cost, For selection of photo they won't force you to choose those photo that you don't like which some of the shop are doing it.
