I still remember the feeling when I first walked into Castalia. A humble shop located amongst all the other boutiques.. The warmth and friendliness.. I guess I can never find it in Singapore, that's the reason why I choose to make a trip to JB and even entrust them to such important role of my milestone.

Special mention to Catherine, for being always so helpful and patient. Thank you for coming down early and help me out during my photo shoot! Thank you for all that u have done! I really appreciate it!

Next the man behind all the beautiful pictures, Jay! Thank you for making the photo shoot sessions a fun and enjoyable one. Thank you for sacrificing yourself , lying down on the road under the scorching hot sun just to take the perfect shot! Thank you for always thinking out of the box to make our shots look special! Castalia staff are very amazing! Our very first day, JC assisted me in trying the gowns, she is very patience & helpful. I couldn't decide quite a number of gowns but she was willing to let me try the gown again & again until I am satisfied. Today's photo shoot, our MUA, Eva skillfully did our Makeup like Korean style wedding. And even though she is just a MUA, she would check on us at every studios & ensures our hair are in place, she even ask if I am happy with my hairstyles and makeup and if I am not satisfy she will redo it :)We had Yen as our photographer, he is so professional, he knows which angle to take and cracked up some jokes to soften our cramped smile. The best thing is he showed us most of the photos in DSLR each time we ended our session, it's amazing even just before the editing.. can you imagine? Dyven, the photographer assistant, he is very helpful and humble. He does every small little details like lighting, deco and skirt adjustment. He's like a butler and practically running the whole day even to get our breakfast, lunch, hp and even mirror. Once again, thank you everyone and we really appreciated it .

相信大家都和我一样,签配套之前会担心很多很多。但Castalia Wedding绝对让你放心! 当时我还记得第一次去他们的婚纱店是他们租车从新加坡载我们去到他们家的店,因为那天是做Seminar,当然当天的感觉很不同因为他们介绍他们的拍法,你可以有自己故事的婚纱照,你也可以有自己的想拍摄的手法,你想有独一无二属于自己DIY的婚纱照,这家肯定不会错!

重要的是,这里的员工都不会强逼你签任何配套!所以你真的不需要担心,而且他们会让你试穿他们家的婚纱,而且会跟着你的身形拿适合的给你,解释给你知道怎样的婚纱是适合你的。这点非常满意,因为没几家会让你这样试的吧??重点,他们都不会摆臭脸的,非常有耐心。这里先谢谢Catherine和Joey。 另一点不错的是配套是flexible 的,你可能不要这,不要那,他们都会做到满意的配套给你,当然也是要reasonable 的啦。

相信大家都很忙,有时你真的会因为工作,或者真的病了而无法拍婚纱照或者和他们的任何预约。但我非常肯定的是他们肯定不会说因为你要换日期而加任何钱!他们反而是关心你,而且尽量帮你换去你们可以的日期,这点我非常感激。因为准备婚礼又加上忙碌的做工生活会觉得很烦很压力,但他们真的是真心帮忙的,而不会责怪你为什么一直换日期!!由于我婆婆病倒了,Joey 真的帮了我一个很大的忙,我非常感激。。。

拍婚纱照当天,由于非常塞车,我们迟到了,但化妆师没怪我们迟到。化妆师们非常专业,因为我是超级单眼皮,搞了很久,最终把双眼皮撑起来了,非常自然,而且要求是发型都做得很棒!! 谢谢Minna和Eva!! 单眼皮女生,这家你不需要担心!!!一定有办法变大眼妹!!

我们的摄影师是Jay,他看起来你可能真的会担心他有没有经验啊? 因为他非常年轻!但拍照手法真的很棒而且很专业!他可以为了拍好的角度,在外景爬在地上等等。他们两位助手们也很棒,会教你眼睛看哪里,怎么摆pose,打灯.他们的团队很棒,你不需要担心你不会摆pose 还是怎么笑,怎么看。他们都会教的!!!谢谢你们3位哦!

Castalia Bridal definitely deserved a 5-star review! A year ago (last day of 2015), we went around aimlessly with no research, but just with an intention to hear what the bridal shops can offer as a starting reference. We selected Castalia with no second doubt and have no regrets. I was attracted by the Korean-inspired bridal gowns on the mannequin. The whole process was a breeze with kind and friendly services from the staff at Castalia, who treated us like friends.

We were firstly served by Helen who explained the packages. Along the way, I'm glad to have JC and Catherine who are very patient and helpful in helping me to pick the gown that I want. Be it for photo shoot or the actual day. I appreciated their assistance as I'm torn apart to choose my preferred gown as all the gowns are very beautiful!

Eva, the makeup artist is skillful and you will be assured that you are well taken care throughout your photo shoot. Our photographer, Peter, is funny and keeping us relax while he captured every pose with a click! That's pro! Not forgetting the assistants at the photo shoot, Jay and Dyven, who helped to remove the dead leaves and holding the flash and the props for us. They were friendly and we felt safe in their hands throughout the photo shoot journey.

Special mention to Joey who gave us her valuable suggestions and super attentive to fine-tune our photos.

Castalia Wedding amazed both my husband and I with their customer service. They never fail and tries their best to fit up your requirements. One thing that impressed me was that their photographer, Peter, actually went all out laying flat on the near muddy ground for our outdoor photo shoot. Their gowns were as good as new too! I have to say a great thanks to Castalia service team. They are the most approachable and helpful people we engaged:) was not pushy or hard-selling. special thanks to JC, Catherine, Helen & Joey, who are very accommodating and helped us to fulfill our requests. The sales team are also not pushy and guided us to make decisions based on our needs and what we don't require. The team are also very patient to allow me to try as many gowns as I want until I found the ones I love.

Peter was our photographer and we were amazed by his works. Peter is patient and humorous, he understands that it gets tiring as the photo shoot progressed and always tries to lighten the mood. He is also professional to recommend poses for us, especially when we didn't do any research prior to the photo shoot. Despite being sick on the photo shoot day, Peter still managed to capture many great photos and remained professional and jovial. We had a hard time selecting the photos as there are too many good ones! Thank you Peter! His two assistants, Dyven and Jay are also very meticulous and detail-oriented, helping us with arrangement of gowns etc.

Lastly, I have nothing but praises for my MUAs. Minna was my MUA for the photo shoot and also on AD. She was very detail-oriented and beautified me on both occasions. Was totally awed by her skills and professionalism. I'm one with no idea of what I want and fully let Minna made decisions on my makeup and hairdos. Both husband and I were very satisfied with the results. Minna was also able to do different amazing looks. Everyone was praising my looks on AD. Gina, who was my MUA for my Kluang lunch wedding also surprised me with her skills. She totally enhanced my features and the hairdo was beautifully done. Was also complemented for my makeup and hairdo for the day :)  Tq Minna and Gina!

对每一对新人来说，选对婚纱店是很重要的～尤其是对女人来说，选对婚纱和化妆师就想选对老公一样的重要。。。因为如果婚纱不是你想要的，化妆师把你画的不好看，服务不好，那你就没有办法好好的享受整个拍照的过程，那一切都毁了。。。很庆幸 Castalia 让我们在整个过程中超享受的。。。

在Castalia，让我明白了很多。。。个人原本很喜欢很华丽很夸张的婚纱，但其实每个女人最需要的不是把自己变成婚纱的陪衬品，而自己就是主角，应该让自己衬托出婚纱穿在自己身上的气质。。。这是Castalia让我明白一个很重要的点。。。真心感谢Castalia全体工作人员的用心，细心，热心与真心。。。

I was introduced to Castalia by my friend and I totally understand why she introduce me there. The staffs at Castalia are really very friendly and they really go all out to help you.

We signed the package with Helen. She is very patience and very friendly.. explaining everything in the packages and chitchating with us.

Catherine helps me with all the gown fitting and selection.. she is very patience as I tried quite a number of them for both the pre-wedding shoot and actual outfit. She always introduces the prettiest gown available. And best of all.. they know what i likes without me having to say it out.

Yen was my photographer for my pre-wedding shoot. He is very professional and throughout the 2 days photo shoot, there was always laugther. He guides you on how the position of your body parts to make the pictures nice. And during our outdoor shoot, although it was very late but he was still willing to accommodate with us for the last few shots. And also many thanks to his assistant for the 2 days shoot. Very friendly and really very helpful towards us.

Eva was my MUA for both days and she really take pride in her work and really up to perfection when she is doing make up. Thank you for making me beautiful!

不过, 重点还是有的, 那就是我们的负责人 Catherine。初次见面, 就觉得她很诚恳, 有耐心, 配套都解释地很清楚。顾客的要求都认真仔细地听。相处下来觉得她很真诚，一点也不”假”，觉得她会站在我们的角度设想。选婚纱也很拿手, 只要你让她知道你要什么, 她就能报上适合你的婚纱号码 (好像报万字,哈哈)。她也蛮搞笑, 和她闲聊也很不错, 看她和 Joey 争最美头衔就已经很精彩。还有, 练就 "碎碎念" 神功, 几次想帮忙买咖啡都不成功, 上厕所笑说要收钱, 沉醉在给自己的好评中等等, 详细的内容就属于我们和整个 Castalia 团队的美好回忆了。每次去Castalia都跟他们聊得很开心。

Wide selections of gowns and all the gowns are so new looking! Even my MUA was surprised that my gowns was selected off the rack.  Staffs are nice especially JC. She is very observant and easily pulled out a few gowns which is right what I wanted!

MUA Eva make-up was also very well done! Just a few questions and she know that kind of style I like...  Our Photographer (forgot his name, a young guy though) was also very experienced and talented, giving us the magazine style photos that we wanted.  Will definitely highly recommend to my friends!!!

Last year, it was through random window shopping at the bride street. We visited a few but couldn't find anything nice till we walked into Castalia.

Wearing a beautiful wedding gown for the big day is every woman's dream. The gowns there are modern and stylish, and most importantly, clean!

We took the wedding photo shoot package and were really happy when we saw our photos that it was difficult to decide which to include in the wedding album.

很开心在Castalia 拍摄我的结婚照片。我要谢谢我的摄影师Jay 和他的两位助理Dyven, Yong Yao。照片出来的效果满意到让我的选择困难症当场发作。幸亏Joey 从旁帮我过滤照片解决烦恼。我也要谢谢我细心的化妆师Eva ，利用了她的巧手打造出我要的韩式照型。当然也不能少了耐心在旁协助我选衣服的Catherine。Castalia 的婚纱都很美而且都很新。还有其他Castalia 的员工也是值得称赞的。大家都一级棒!!!

I was browsing for a bridal in JB and found Castalia. It seemed that they have a very good reviews and they live up to their name. Their gown selection is quite limited in my opinion, however, the staff did help me to choose the gowns that are close to my liking. I was helped by Catherine, she is very dutiful & patient, she even introduced us a nice and affordable hotel to stay during the photo shoot.

 The photo session wasn't that tiring for me, as the photographer & assistant (Jay & Alex) are friendly and very accommodating to our needs. They were doing their best to meet our request during the photo shoot and remember to every tiny detail we mentioned before.

 Last but not least, I wanna thanks Minna, my MUA that gives me various kind of style, from a classy chic, timeless woman to sweet Korean bride look. I was kinda worried at first that their makeup style might be too light for my liking, as I am a makeup person, but she managed to create the look that i wasn't even think of, and I'm very pleased! We even shared a lot of makeup related info and tips!

 Thank you Castalia, All of the staffs are very dedicated to their job! It was a fun experience for us and we look forward to select our pictures on this Aug!

From the day we stepped into their place with just the intention of looking around they have showed impeccable service and dedication to their job. They allowed us to try on their gowns and have an overall feel before even deciding to sign for their package.

I just completed my recent PWS shoot with Castalia. Now waiting for the pictures to be edited lol... So far, we had a very good experience with Castalia! :D  Photographer: Jay Photography assistant: Dyven MUA: Eva Coordinator: JC, Catherine

Both JC n Catherine were very patient in letting me to try the gowns for the PWS...which I really appreciated. Coz sometimes especially for brides, you will find it very difficult to choose between gowns. They did not rush u to choose. Instead they give you time to think about which gowns to choose :)

Our photographer Jay was very young but skilful! Haha but don't be deceived by his young look! He is very friendly n approachable. So when we discuss with him our requirements for the PWS, he was willing to give us useful advice. He is also patient in hearing our comments/requirements. Most importantly, during the photo shoot, he really guided us very well on how to pose, smile. We had a special requirement which was to take pictures with cats at the cat cafe in JB. Yen (another lead photographer) also joined us. It was indeed a difficult challenge to take with the cats as they are all running around. So both photographers are very patient and skilful to help us take the pictures. I really appreciate their efforts! :D I'm so happy to b able to take with the cats at the cat cafe, since I'm a cat lover :D

I'm looking forward to the pictures in late April! I definitely believe they are very well taken! :p

Our photography assistant, Dyven was very hardworking to carry our belonging and camera stuff around. It was no easy task to carry up and down. Thank u! Occasionally, he also tried to joke with us to make us feel relaxed so as to smile more naturally. :)

My MUA - Eva was superb! She was able to transform my pale looking face into something amazing. Her makeup skills really good and I also love her hairstyling! :)
